$249 · 20 - 30 Photos – houses less than 3000 sq. ft
$299 · 30 - 40 Photos – houses 3000 sq. ft or more (some blue sky, some screen replacement, additional touch-ups as needed)

Travel/Mileage

For photography sessions occurring 30 miles outside of Baldwin, mileage fees will be charged at a rate of $0.50 per mile after a total of 60 miles (round-trip) has been met.  Any mileage fees incurred will be billed to the client(s) after the session and will be due upon receipt.  Images will not be delivered to the client(s) until the total balance due (plus applicable WI sales tax) is paid in full.

Twilight Photography

Showcase property lighting, pool lighting, firepits, and beautiful sunsets (2-4 photographs $149)

Blue Sky Replacement

Replace gray skies and add in blue for a picture-perfect look ($29)

TV & Fireplace Imagery

Add a scenic picture to a dark screen or live fire to bring warmth to a fireplace ($29)

Keepsake Imagery

Full-sized high-resolution photographs with print release on a custom walnut flash drive ($49)
